Overview

The Jazz Trumpet Store was created in 2023 to offer trumpet players a way to purchase high quality vintage trumpets. Purchasing horns from eBay, Reverb, and other online auction and sale sites can be problematic and ultimately disappointing!

Our Value

As a musician and a collector I have had the pleasure of playing some of the best vintage and modern horns on the market. I’ve found that vintage horns have something special about them. They have a uniqueness that tells a story and often have a sound that brings us back to bygone eras.

We focus on vintage trumpets from the most popular eras. Small group horns from the 40’s and 50’s, commercial horns from the 70’s and 80’s, and even some very special edition modern horns from time to time. Hopefully these horns will land in the hands of players and allow them to enjoy these pieces of living art for years to come.

Here at The Jazz Trumpet Store we are taking the guesswork out of purchasing a high quality vintage trumpet. All of our horns are meticulously inspected and play tested prior to being listed. All horns include a detailed description of their playing characteristics, known repair history, and overall condition. Our mission is to deliver you a vintage horn without any surprises. We do not stock new instruments, instead, we focus on having a small but desirable inventory of vintage and used instruments.
